About Steve
Stephen Polonoski is an Investment Advisor and Branch Manager with the Wellington West Capital Inc. Kitchener branch. Wellington West Capital Inc. is a member of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) and the Canadian Investor Protection Fund (CIPF). Steve is licensed to trade stocks, equity options, Exchange Traded Funds (ETF's), mutual funds, commodities and commodity options.
Upon the required completion of the Canadian Securities Course, Stephen also successfully completed: The Conduct and Practices course, the Professional Financial Planning course, Derivatives Fundamentals, Options, Commodities, Option Supervisor and Branch Managers Course. He is now the Branch Manager of his office. He has also attained his Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute(FCSI) and Financial Management Advisor(FMA) designations. He also holds two degrees from Lakehead University, an Honours Bachelor degree and a Bachelor of Arts.
Steve's clients range from the novice to experienced investor. The one thing all of these clients have in common is the need for excellent service and the quick execution of orders. Steve is fluent in three languages: English, French and Spanish.
When Steve is not working or teaching, you can find him camping in the Ontario woods, golfing, windsurfing in Cuba and spending time with his family and friends.
